Fleet Manager is a centralized SaaS platform designed to simplify the management of distributed backup infrastructure.
Shaping the Core Product Direction
Together with the Product Owner, I explored different directions and shaped the core concept for Fleet Manager. We mapped and tested user flows to understand what users needed most, simplify the experience, and identify potential pain points. This helped us define a clear product direction before moving into design.
