✨ Overview

I worked with Unaggi Coaching to take a step back and look at their community through both a strategy and member experience lens.
The goal was to understand what was working, what wasn’t, and where opportunities existed to create a more engaging and intentional community experience.
I led a kickoff call to deeply understand their needs, context, and goals, and closed the project with a walkthrough of the audit to ensure clarity and alignment on next steps.

💡 Outcomes

By the end of the project, Unaggi had a much clearer picture of how their community was actually experienced by members, not just how it was intended to work.
The combination of audit insights and survey feedback helped highlight specific areas to improve, from onboarding to ongoing engagement. It also gave them practical steps they could implement straight away, while keeping a bigger vision in mind for the evolution of their community.

🧠 Key Learnings

This project reinforced how valuable it is to combine data with human insight. The survey added a layer of depth that made the recommendations much more grounded and relevant.
I also saw how small friction points can have a big impact on engagement. Often, it’s not about completely redesigning a community, but about adjusting a few key elements to make participation feel easier and more natural.

❤️ Why It Matters

This community was created to offer async support and collaboration, but it wasn’t being fully used by members.
By giving members a voice through the survey, I was able to understand how they actually want to be supported and how they prefer to interact with each other.
For me, this is what community is about. It’s not just building a space for them, it’s co-creating it with them. And that’s what turns a quiet platform into something people genuinely want to be part of.
