The Mission

Al-Mani Health Institute (AMHI) is a specialized healthcare provider operating at the intersection of orthopedic care, physical therapy, and durable medical equipment (DME). Their mission is critical: supporting recovery for road accident victims and workplace injury patients while serving as a vital hub for legal professionals and insurance adjusters. I led the full-stack redesign and development of their digital presence, moving them from an outdated site to a robust, user-centric service platform.

The Roadblocks

Before the transformation, AMHI’s digital presence was a bottleneck to their growth. Their existing platform was non-responsive and fragmented, failing to reflect the high level of care they provide.
Service Fragmentation: Users struggled to navigate the institute’s diverse range of services (Orthopedics vs. Pharmacy vs. DME).
Accessibility Failures: For patients recovering from injuries, a non-responsive site was a significant barrier to care.
Communication Friction: There was no streamlined way for legal partners or insurance adjusters to quickly access resources or initiate high-priority inquiries.

The Full-Stack Engine: My Contribution

As Team Lead, I owned the technical architecture, moving the institute onto a modern, scalable stack designed for high performance and future growth.
Dynamic React Frontend: Developed a lightning-fast, mobile-first interface using ReactJS to ensure accessibility for patients on any device.
Scalable Django Backend: Built a reliable application logic layer with Django to manage complex service workflows and data processing.
Cloud Architecture: Leveraged AWS Amplify for seamless backend deployment and AWS S3 for high-availability media storage of medical equipment catalogs.
Database Strategy: Implemented PostgreSQL to handle secure, structured data management for patient inquiries and service tracking.

Intelligent Product Discovery Engine: A structured, searchable catalog for Durable Medical Equipment (wheelchairs, hospital beds, etc.), allowing users to find and request essential recovery tools instantly.
Multi-Role User Journeys: Engineered distinct, high-clarity pathways for different audiences—ensuring an insurance adjuster finds legal resources just as easily as a patient finds physical therapy.
High-Conversion Lead Pipeline: Optimized contact and appointment workflows that integrate directly with the backend to ensure zero-friction patient intake.
Service-Deep Architecture: Dedicated, SEO-optimized modules for orthopedic care, pharmacy services, and recovery programs to improve discoverability.
