Trainual Employee Onboarding & Training Platform

Working closely with the Trainual team for a few months, I redesigned their entire platform consisting of 30+ screens, and built a comprehensive component library for their team in Figma. The process was very iterative from start to finish, prioritizing improving the user experience over making the design pretty (although that was important as well). It was a rewarding project to lead.
