This project involved conducting a detailed UX audit of a restaurant admin dashboard built to manage operations like dashboard, inventory, staff, tables, finance, and business hours. The goal was to identify usability issues, align the product with real-world restaurant workflows, and improve day-to-day efficiency for owners and staff.
