Ale Bot is a virtual assistant designed to facilitate user interaction with Sabena Studio’s services, answer frequently asked questions, and guide the first contact autonomously within the website.
Through natural conversation, the assistant orients visitors, captures relevant information, and facilitates access to the first point of contact.
The Challenge
The challenge was to avoid an assistant limited to rigid responses or closed flows that failed to deliver real value to users.
The system needed to sustain meaningful conversations within the business context, qualify leads without invasive questioning, and execute automated actions without becoming a barrier to human contact.
The Solution
The project began with the prior design of the assistant’s behavior and conversational flows: what information is relevant, when to capture a lead, and how to guide the user toward a clear next step.
On this foundation, the conversational system was developed by defining logic, context control, and automated actions aligned with the real operation of the business.
Architecture & UX Design
The assistant is built on an integrated functional architecture, designed to operate in production within the website.
The system uses a conversational AI model as its reasoning engine, while logic, flows, and actions are controlled through a proprietary backend. AI is used as a tool to generate and accelerate code development, always under previously defined strategic and technical direction.
The assistant’s behavior is configured at the conversational level by setting context, boundaries, and operating rules to ensure coherent responses aligned with the business. The frontend is integrated as a native web component, maintaining a fluid and consistent user experience.
UX Design
The assistant’s design prioritizes conversational rhythm and natural interaction.
The interface integrates visually with the website and is optimized for both desktop and mobile, ensuring the interaction feels like genuine assistance rather than an intrusive element.
The Result
Ale Bot functions as a first-contact operating system within the website, capable of managing conversations, resolving questions, and qualifying visitors autonomously.
