Lead Designer & Project Manager I led the entire project from initial discovery through final delivery — overseeing research, UX design, content strategy, and development management.

Accounting First Group, a professional financial services firm, approached us with minimal information and only a couple of reference websites. The goal was to create a clean, modern, and professional online presence that clearly communicated their expertise while attracting potential clients.

We handled the project from concept to completion — starting with in-depth research, content creation, UX-focused design, and full WordPress development. The site was built to highlight their core services, boost credibility, and drive lead generation.

The client provided very limited content and guidance at the start.

No predefined branding, copy, or structural direction.

A need to balance professional appeal with SEO performance and user engagement.

To overcome these challenges, we took a strategic lead in shaping the project:

Research-Driven Strategy: We conducted competitive analysis, defined the service structure, and gathered SEO-friendly keywords to guide the content and layout.

Content Creation: We generated all the essential website content — including service descriptions, headlines, and calls to action — ensuring clarity and lead-generation effectiveness.

User-Focused Design: The design was crafted to look modern, professional, and trustworthy. We used intuitive layouts and strategic content placement to guide visitors toward inquiries and conversions.

SEO & Performance: We implemented keyword-rich sections and SEO best practices from the design phase to ensure search engine visibility.

Development: Once approved, our team developed the site in WordPress with smooth functionality, mobile responsiveness, and fast load times. The final product is clean, easy to navigate, and easy for the client to manage.
