In Amazon facilities, associate engagement is everything. It is a way to build trust, make connections, and a way to find your tribe. Due to the size of the Amazon facility, it is important to design communication that is fun, and visually appealing with a focus in capturing the attention of those walking by. By streamlining the design concept and aesthetic for this annual event, multiple sites are able to use these assets as needed.

To further the vision for this event, I created informatiive brochures that associates can take with them to learn more about groups they may be interested in.

Once the collection of banner designs reached completion, the next phase was to print, cut, laminate and install on the wall. The wall space is roughly 35ft x 15ft. This phase took under 5 hrs to complete.
