Associate engagement fairs are a time for Amazonian's to join company sponsored groups, which are diversity and inclusion centric. Being a member of one or more organizations provide community, peer-to-peer fellowship, and a chance to give back to the surrounding communities. Senior leadership requested my services in order to rebrand the event, making it more attractive and noticeable for enhanced associate awareness. I designed, printed, and deployed the fun, bright, and uplifting prints throughout the facility with in two days.
