I built a launch go/no-go board where each gate carries an owner, a machine-checkable criterion, a blocking flag and a dependency, so the verdict, the critical path and the set of gates that cannot yet be attempted are all derived rather than argued. The placeholder program returns NO-GO held by 4 blocking gates, with 8 passing, 6 open and 1 blocked by an upstream dependency.
