Site audit harness with before/after diff

A demo built for a specific brief. Not client work: the material shown is sample data, so what is on display is the mechanism.

I built a site-audit harness rather than a themed page: 14 rules with severities and a remedy class (settings versus theme) run over a page list, and because the baseline is re-runnable the before/after is a real diff - the placeholder run goes from 6 blocking and 5 warnings to 0 blocking and 2 warnings, reported as 9 resolved, 3 still open and 1 newly introduced.
