I built a production-readiness gate that runs 12 checks over a manifest rather than describing them in a document: schema coverage, row-level-security policy coverage per table, auth path reachability, migration reversibility and an unhandled-error scan. On the placeholder manifest it returns BLOCKED with 8 blocking findings and 2 warnings, each naming the failing item.
