Project Background: SoloBet is a decentralized peer-to-peer betting platform designed to deliver a seamless, intuitive, and transparent betting experience for users in Kenya and across Africa. Traditional betting platforms often suffer from poor user experiences, high fees, and opaque odds controlled by bookmakers. The project's goal was to design a user-first platform that enhances trust, reduces friction, and ensures fairness through blockchain technology.

Challenge: Build a decentralized betting platform that solves the core issues of transparency, high fees, and unfair odds—while ensuring a seamless, intuitive experience for both Web2 and Web3 users.
