Web and Mobile Design for Putovati's Travel Services

Project Summary My team was part of an ambitious project to improve smooth/easy Visa and Flight services for Africans with Putovati, one of the travel agency based in Nigeria. Due to their lack of time, Putovati demand a website/app that is easy to use, reliable, fast, and useful in their routines. They are not interested in a travel website/app with “surprises” in the final price and process Consumers want to be able to modify their bookings (visa and flights) with their portal. Track flight status and booking status.

My Role Working collaboratively, my team and I conducted user research to uncover valuable insights. We designed both the mobile and web experiences, delivering a seamless enterprise solution. Through close partnership, we developed key web interfaces and optimized the admin portal’s workflow. To enhance the project’s aesthetic, we curated custom illustrations that strengthened brand identity.
