Overview
My design Process
My design process starts with ideation. I was developing different ideas and researching which works best for target users.
User Personas
Using the results I got from the research, I developed user personas putting our users into two groups.
Empathy Mapping
Aiming to gain insights into some of the target users' thoughts, feelings, actions, and motivations, I drew up Using an empathy map.
User Journey
This is to visually represent the steps and interactions a user goes through while using the app. It allows me to identify touchpoints, emotions, pain points, and opportunities for improvement throughout the user's experience. I broke the user journey into two parts thus:
