Tasked with revamping NewYork-Presbyterian's recruitment platform, I recognized the need for a multifaceted approach that went beyond traditional job listings. Instead, I envisioned a platform that not only showcased available positions but also shared compelling stories of patient care, recovery journeys, and the hospital's impact on the community. Through interactive features and immersive storytelling, we aimed to engage applicants on a deeper level and foster a connection with the hospital's mission.
