🧭 Project Overview

ARK360 partnered with another digital agency to engage a global construction company to accelerate the development of an enterprise-grade mobile application using the OutSystems low-code platform. The goal was to design, build, and deploy a secure and efficient employee digital id and attendance tracking app—delivered in under 3 months—to support operational needs across construction sites and a mobile workforce.

Rapid Delivery: Launch a production-ready mobile app in less than 12 weeks to meet critical operational timelines.

Mobile Employee Registration: Onboarding process with secure login and validation of employee credentials.
Toolbox Talk Participation: Capture attendance and acknowledgements digitally during daily safety briefings.
Attendance Dashboard: Personalised view for employees to review their attendance history and upcoming sessions.
Offline Support: Ensure functionality in remote or low-connectivity environments with background sync on reconnection.
System Integration: Integrated with ServiceNow and internal HR systems for seamless data flow and incident linkage.
