Event: Good Tech Summit '26 — April 6–8, Washington DC
Good Tech Together is a vendor-neutral community rethinking how the social sector uses technology. For their 2026 flagship summit in Washington DC — hosting 500+ practitioners, funders, and tech leaders — they needed a brand identity that felt nothing like a tech conference.
The brief was clear: human, warm, collectible. Retro.  Not corporate. Not cold.

Brand identity and event experience design for Good Tech Together, a practitioner-led community advancing responsible AI and data use in the social sector. We developed a retro-futuristic visual language — rooted in warmth, nostalgia, and radical collaboration — for their flagship 500+ attendee summit in Washington DC (April 2026), moving away from the cold corporate aesthetics that dominate tech conferences. The identity system includes logo design, typography, color system, event signage, digital assets, stage design, and social media templates. Sponsors include Adobe, Gates Foundation, Salesforce, and Okta. Design direction: human-centered, collectible, and warm — inspired by vintage NASA mission patches, Patagonia's trust typography, and sunrise gradients. Not another AI conference that looks like every other AI conference.
