Brief

Roots is a Tampa-based Wellness shop and Medspa that is trying to help transform the way regular Medspas operate. Their brand is built around a reconnection between ourselves and our natural beauty and embracing who we are. With an honest and comforting approach, this Medspa was designed to help customers feel more comfortable in their own bodies. This project was to design a brand identity that feels natural, organic and "homey" so customers feel at ease when they enter their storefronts.

Results

With nature and comfort in mind, we chose to create Root's brand identity around a tropical and relaxed feeling, almost like walking into a rainforest. We chose to use simple yet elegant typography to keep the brand identity consistent and so that the focus was more on the illustrations. The illustrations we used throughout Root's identity was made to replicate the delicate flowers of Brazil, that way customers have an easier time identifying and recognizing the brand.
