What I did
User Research
These are the research methods that I used due to tight timeline & budget. These methods were helpful to better understand the objectives, problem and goal of the project.
Stakeholder Interview
Design Audit
Competitive Research
Validate SEO findings
User Experience and Visual Design Mockup
After gathering the requirements and information, I was able to come up with the design strategy and wireframe to address areas that needed improvement.
I was also responsible for the overall look and feel and addressing both the internal and client feedback.
Design Hand-off
After the visual design phase, I worked closely with our developers on the design handoff. I was also responsible for the content assets preparation and design QA to ensure that the finished product was both accessible and user friendly.
