Gojara is an e-learning platform for job-seekers in Switzerland. After their initial launch data showed that users got lost and left after some minutes.
The company asked me to do an Expert Review with a focus on Information Architecture and learner motivation. For the Review, I had a close look at all parts of the Platform as well as the content structure. Besides general usability issues, a core problem with the Information Architecture could be identified.
As a result, I delivered a file including all screens with annotations, how serious every problem is and if possible how to fix it. For the bigger issues, I created an action plan as well as a priority suggestion.
Based on my Expert Review the client hired me again to create a new Information Architecture concept for the platform.
