JOB DUTIES
●Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to construct a personalized and effective content marketing strategy to build social media presence on Instagram platform and set brand apart from others in the beauty industry
●Conduct in depth research on the beauty industry and company’s target audience to gain further understanding of niche and effectively curate creative content
●Create digital content on Canva that flows with brand identity and content strategy, provide creative direction for Instagram reels
●Create a personalized hashtag and engagement strategy based on current Instagram insights and what is needed to maximize reach
