Volteum is a SaaS platform for managing EV charging infrastructure, where the focus of the project was on designing the internal admin interface used to monitor, manage, and optimize charging operations.

The platform allows operators to track charging stations, monitor real-time usage and battery levels, manage users and vehicles, and handle operational data across multiple locations. The challenge was to turn a complex, data-heavy system into a clear, efficient, and easy-to-use interface.

User Flows and Use Cases: Define key actions such as monitoring station status, checking charging sessions, managing users, and handling issues or alerts.

Information Architecture: Structure the platform into clear sections (dashboard, stations, sessions, users, analytics) to reduce complexity and improve navigation.

Wireframing: Design dashboard layouts and data-heavy views with a focus on hierarchy, scanability, and quick access to critical information.

UI Design: Create a clean, functional interface optimized for data visualization tables, charts, status indicators, and filters that support fast decision-making.

Design System: Build reusable UI components (tables, cards, filters, status badges) to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.

Usability Optimization: Refine interactions, filtering, and data presentation to minimize friction and support efficient daily use.
