Making complex financial products feel simple

The challenge

Financial products come with a lot of information, decisions, and edge cases.
The challenge wasn’t simply to redesign individual screens. It was to create an experience where users could move through complex financial workflows without constantly having to figure out what to do next.
We were brought in to rethink the product experience from the interaction level up — creating clearer flows, stronger hierarchy, and a visual language that feels modern without compromising trust.

Our approach

We started by looking beyond individual screens.
Instead of asking:
“How should this screen look?”
We asked:
“What does the user need to understand, decide, and do here?”
That shift helped us simplify the experience around key moments — from selecting plans and managing accounts to accessing information and getting support.

Designing for clarity

Financial interfaces can quickly become dense.
We used hierarchy, spacing, progressive disclosure, and contextual actions to make important information easier to scan while keeping secondary information available when needed.
Every screen had a job.
Every action had a reason.

Building trust into the interface

Trust is not just a visual style.
It comes from predictable interactions, clear communication, familiar patterns, and giving users confidence that the system is behaving as expected.
We therefore treated details such as status, confirmations, support states, account information, and actions as important parts of the overall experience — not afterthoughts.

The work

The project spans multiple parts of the product experience, including:
— Mobile product flows — Account management — Financial information — Subscription / plan experiences — Support and service flows — Interaction patterns — UI system and reusable components

Where we landed

The result is an interface that aims to feel calm, structured, and dependable — while still giving the product a contemporary visual identity.
And this is only one part of the larger product we're currently designing.
More to come.
