Redesigning Poplite Survey Creation Flow to Simplify the UX

Poplite by Populix is an online survey platform for businesses and academics in Indonesia, offering targeted responses from a vast network of 250,000+ panelists, much like an advanced Google Forms where you specify who answers your survey.

I led the redesign of the survey creation process at Poplite, significantly reducing the time to create a survey from 40 minutes to just 2 minutes and to publish a survey from 106 minutes to 11 minutes. This resulted in a 95% reduction in user conversion time and an 88% reduction in launch time, dramatically improving operational efficiency. Furthermore, a responsive mobile version launched in January 2024 reduced mobile survey flow drop-off by 80% (from 86% to 16%), greatly enhancing the mobile user experience.
