Overview

Project: A new, professional, corporate website
Client: Evergen Equity, a real estate investment firm specializing in multigenerational private real estate investments for family offices and accredited investors.
Issue: To establish credibility in the high-net-worth real estate investment space. The website needed to convey exclusivity and professionalism while clearly explaining its unique investment approach.

Role & Responsibilities

Served as lead UI designer and project coordinator, working with our creative director and development team to ensure design, user experience strategy, content architecture, and technical implementation were implemented.

Target Audience

Primary audience: Family office decision-makers, high-net-worth individuals, and accredited investors seeking real estate investment opportunities.
Secondary audience: Professional partners and industry connections.
These users value sophistication, transparency, and detailed information about investment strategies. They expect a polished, professional experience that reflects the caliber of service they're accustomed to receiving.

Focused on creating a clean, sophisticated design that would appeal to institutional investors while clearly communicating Evergen's systematic approach to real estate investment.
Emphasized trust-building through professional imagery, clear process visualization, and straightforward messaging.
Prioritized simplicity and clarity over flashy design elements to match the conservative preferences of the target audience.
Key Decisions
Implemented a visual process flow showing the 6-step investment approach (Strategize, Source, Diligence, Acquire, Asset Manage, Recapitalize/Dispose) with custom icons to make the complex investment process easily digestible.
Used stock footage, professional business photography and a conservative color palette to establish trust and credibility with high-net-worth investors.
Kept the design minimal and content-focused, avoiding distracting elements that might undermine the serious, professional tone required for this market segment.
