Real estate agents prefer a hands-free approach for safety, as anything hands-on can affect their preexisting workflows.

Allows the real estate agent to communicate their schedule and safety timer setups with their managing broker.

Allows the real estate agent to acquire information from their scheduled clients in order to maintain safety. People are less likely to commit violence when personal information of them is on file.

Utilizing the iPhone's hardware components of "backtap" and the Shortcuts software to implement safety protocols personalized by the user.
