• Determine the migration path for smooth transition from legacy applications to cloud platform.
• Communicate to stakeholders on feasible approaches and facilitate architectural decisions.
• Develop Analytics dashboard for KPIs such as ‘brand awareness’, ‘return on ad spend’, customer re-tention and customer satisfaction.
Results accomplished
• Enhanced customer engagement through real-time personalization for 3 million customers
• Savings of £200,000 per year in OPEX.
