Carevia: AI Healthcare Platform Landing Page Design

Project Overview

Carevia is a healthcare-admin built around AI "teammates" - Mila for intake, Theo for reception, Nora for follow-up, Quill for scribing - that absorb the repetitive work surrounding patient care so clinical staff spend less time on paperwork and phone calls. The pitch has to land two different audiences at once: it needs to feel warm and human to patients and staff, and airtight on compliance to the administrators who'll actually approve it.
What I worked on:
Full landing page design and build
Mascot-based "teammate" card system
Chat-mockup UI components for product demonstration
Compliance/trust badge section
Responsive layout across breakpoints

The Challenge

Healthcare SaaS design usually swings one of two ways: sterile-clinical (blue gradients, stock photos of stethoscopes) or generic-AI (dark mode, neon, chat bubbles). Neither fits a product whose core promise is emotional relief for overworked clinic staff, not just automation. The challenge was finding a visual identity warm enough to make "AI teammate" feel comforting rather than invasive, while still being credible enough that a clinic's governance team wouldn't dismiss it as a toy.
The second challenge was structural: five distinct AI teammates each needed their own identity without the page turning into five disconnected mini-products.

The Approach

Give the AI a face, literally:
Five soft, plush heart-characters - each a different color - act as Carevia's visual signature, appearing in the hero, the compliance section, and throughout the page. Turning an abstract AI system into a small cast of characters makes the product feel approachable rather than surveillance-adjacent, which matters enormously for something handling patient conversations.
Name the problem in numbers before naming the product:
"The hardest part of a clinic day isn't the medicine. It's everything wrapped around it." sits above three blunt stats - 38% of a clinician's week lost to admin, 1 in 4 calls never answered, 22 minutes of average pre-visit prep - surrounded by real clinical photography. The page earns the right to pitch AI by first proving it understands the actual daily friction.
Turn each capability into a named teammate, not a feature:
Mila, Theo, Nora, and Quill each get their own card with a colored heart icon, a role tag (Intake teammate, Reception teammate, etc.), a one-line job description, and a "Meet [name]" link - plus a "Build-your-own" card for custom workflows. Naming and personifying each function makes a broad AI platform feel like five specific, legible hires rather than one vague black box.
Show the actual conversation, not a mockup of a mockup:
Rather than describing what Mila or Theo do, the page shows real-looking chat transcripts - Mila prepping a pre-visit summary, Theo rebooking an appointment and transferring a call. Phone-shaped chat cards make the interaction tangible and let a skeptical clinic manager see exactly what a patient would experience.
Walk the page through a full clinical day:
"A calmer morning. A focused afternoon. An evening that actually ends." breaks Carevia's value into three clearly labeled moments - before the visit, during the day, after the visit - each with its own photo and short payoff line. It's a subtle structural choice: instead of listing features, the page follows a clinician's actual day, which makes the benefit feel lived-in rather than abstract.
Stack compliance proof visually, not just as a badge row:
Three photographic panels ("Transparent by design," "Proven in real hospitals," "Built for strict healthcare governance") sit above a row of compliance marks - GDPR, EU AI Act, ISO 27001, HIPAA-ready, SOC 2. Pairing real hospital-setting imagery with the actual regulatory language a governance reviewer is scanning for does more work than a badge strip alone would.
Close with adoption reassurance, not just more features:
"Built to slot into the team you already have" answers the unspoken objection - will staff need training, will this replace anyone - with a plain checklist (nothing new to learn, no technical setup, GDPR-native) before ending on a single human-sounding quote about the actual outcome: "Patients feel heard. Staff stop feeling buried."
