Melody’s passion for the fitness shop and business was clear - but when it comes to the brand and website, they needed designer hands. The programs were effective, the content was valuable, and the program ethos of health and fitness was very compelling. But none of these reflect in VDH (van der Horst’s) online store
Low conversion potential – No trust-building elements or customer journey optimization.
High stakes, short timeline – Only six weeks before a key trade fair.
No cohesive branding – The visuals didn’t capture the product’s unique appeal.

Redesigned the entire shop with the user journey in mind. The goal was to make exploring programs and signing up simple and enjoyable, while encouraging more users to take action.
Meal card
