La Marzocco, icon brand in the world of espresso coffee machines, asked Softec to develop a new Home Coffee Experience IoT, to realize along with the launch of the first connected coffee machine “Handmade-in-Florence” and of a mobile app to be managed remotely and to receive real-time data.

The launch of the connected coffee machines represents an important step for the Tuscan company in its digital transformation process, which saw Softec and Cisco as the two leading partners in the world of Customer Experience and in the IoT able to support the company in the development of the project.

In this project I was responsible for the main app UX.
