10 AI-generated campaign assets for Bocce's Bakery. Created in one afternoon, one visual world, zero studio time. Creative direction that stops the scroll.
An AI-generated visual campaign concepted, generated, and delivered in a single afternoon.
The Challenge
Dog treat marketing has a sameness problem.
Scroll through any pet brand’s social feed and you’ll see the same thing: a studio-lit bag on a white background, a close-up of a dog mid-chew, maybe a flat lay with some props. It’s clean. It’s safe. And it stops exactly zero scrolls.
Bocce’s Bakery’s line deserved better. The product itself has personality: cute packaging, playful names, and premium positioning.
The visual campaign needed to match that energy: fun, aspirational, shareable, and instantly recognizable across every touchpoint.
The challenge was to build an entire visual world. One cohesive enough to feel like a real product launch, distinctive enough to break through the noise, and efficient enough to prove that AI-powered creative can deliver at the speed brands actually need.
The Approach
One afternoon. One creative vision. Ten campaign-ready assets.
Every image in this campaign was AI-generated in a single afternoon session. No studio rental. No talent booking. No weeks of post-production. Just a clear creative direction and the tools to execute it fast.
The creative pillars were established before a single image was generated:
California as a character: Every scene is rooted in California's aesthetic.
Vintage film quality: A warm, slightly desaturated color grade ties every frame together.
Touch of pink: Bocce’s signature pink packaging appears in every frame as a recurring visual motif.
Real personality: Dogs in sunglasses. A convertible overflowing with treat bags. Three heads peeking through a doorway. Dogs eating at a diner. Each scene has built-in humor and shareability.
Tools used:
Flora
Higgsfield
Photoshop + Lightroom
Ten scenes. One visual DNA.
Each image was designed to stand alone as a scroll-stopping social asset while belonging unmistakably to the same campaign world. The visual DNA (warm golden tones, soft pinks, vintage film grain, California light) remains consistent across every frame.
The case for AI in campaign production
This project wasn’t about replacing traditional photography. It was about demonstrating what’s now possible when you pair strong creative direction with AI generation tools.
Speed: A traditional campaign of this scope would typically require weeks of pre-production, a full shoot day (minimum), and days of post-production. This was done in one afternoon.
Scope: Ten unique scenes, which could be turned into 50+ assets. With a traditional shoot, budget constraints would likely limit you to one or two setups.
Cost: No location fees, no animal handlers, no vintage car rental, no stylist, no photographer day rate, no retouching fees.
Creative control: Every detail is dialed in intentionally.
Iteration: Although somewhat limited, images can be regenerated and details can be changed.
The critical ingredient isn’t the AI, it’s the creative direction. Without a clear visual vision, strong art direction instincts, and an understanding of what makes content stop a scroll, the tools produce generic output. The AI is the production method. The taste is the differentiator.
