The goal is to design a website experience that would position the company as a trusted hub for learning creative and digital skills, serving both beginners and professionals. It had to be visually inspiring, functionally seamless, and conversion-driven.
The challenge was multi-faceted:
Present a broad range of courses without overwhelming users
Communicate unique selling points quickly and clearly
Instill trust through real testimonials and credible partnerships
Offer easy navigation and action-oriented pathways across devices
My UX Approach
I began by defining user personas and their journeys: from a first-time visitor curious about courses, to a returning learner comparing pricing. I then mapped a clear content hierarchy that reduces friction and drives exploration.
The Outcome
The final website experience is both aesthetically inspiring and strategically structured. Users can effortlessly explore, trust, and take action, whether they’re browsing a course, reading reviews, or upgrading to a paid plan.
