Development and deployment of the "Portal Inquilino", a comprehensive rent management platform for Servihabitat®. The platform provides an intuitive interface for tenants to manage rental contracts, monitor payments, and get a full overview of outstanding rents. This solution streamlined the rent management process and integrated seamlessly with Servihabitat's internal systems for improved operational efficiency.

Designed and implemented a robust CI/CD pipeline using AWS services to automate build, test, and deployment processes for the platform. Using services such as AWS Codebuild and AWS Codepipeline, ArgoCD and Kubernettes (with helm charts) .

Integrated version control and continuous integration tools for enhanced collaboration and quicker iterations (using AWS Codecommit).

Deployed the platform on AWS, optimizing scalability and high availability.

Configured monitoring tools for performance tracking and proactive incident management.

2. Backend and Frontend Development:

Built a scalable and secure backend for handling tenant and rental data using cloud-native architecture.

Developed a responsive and user-friendly frontend interface with features for managing rental payments and contracts.

Integration with some AWS services like S3 for file management, DynamoDB as database and Lambdas to create some automations to transform and load data from/to SAP.

Created RESTful APIs to interact with Servihabitat’s internal SAP system for real-time data synchronization and reporting.

Ensured secure data handling to meet privacy and compliance requirements via AWS Virtual Private Clouds, JWT authentication and SSL certificates.

Understand the client and user needs and create whole system considering Domain Driven Design.
