I built and led a team to define, design, prototype, test, and build a native mobile app for retail sales teams in consumer packaged goods. We went into stores with sales reps, learned how their day went, helped stock shelves, and reimagined their experience. We tested and refined prototypes until we got it perfect. I helped define the product MVP, build the roadmap, design vision prototypes for executive and client buy-in, and tell the story of reimagining retail sales. I also led workshops with internal teams to explore new methods for dynamic data reporting and decision-making. I designed and tested prototypes and worked with development teams to implement early product pilots.
