Chic & Cozy Apartments

Chic and Cozy Apartments is a small family business that rehabilitates old apartments in the city center of Porto, for tourists rents. They focus on the decoration of their apartments, that is their main differentiation and uniqueness. All the apartments deliver elegance, sophistication and comfort and are bigger than most of the competitors, ending up attracting many families.

After 6 years in the market, and with the hit of the pandemic, they felt they needed to update their brand. The only "visuals things" they had was a logo and some sheets they delivered to customers with information about the city. They felt that this part of the brand didn't match to the quality and good taste they expressed inside their apartments. Their presence on social media was weak and they were only present on the main online hosting platforms. They lacked a solid foundation that could support and evolve the brand.

The objective was to start by understanding the real existing problems and defining a solid foundation for the brand, creating a strategy to implement that resulted in exploring their target audience, defining a strong message, changing the logo, new professional photographs, creating collateral elements, among others. The entire strategy aimed to position the brand in the market and improve the entire experience that guests have from the time of online booking to check-out.
