Manual data entry and reporting processes slowed down productivity for the client’s team. They needed a centralized dashboard to track tasks, projects, and KPIs efficiently.
Solution:
• Airtable as the backend database, organizing all project & task-related data.
• Retool for a user-friendly dashboard, allowing real-time interaction with Airtable.
• Automated workflow integration using Zapier & Make.com to reduce manual updates.
• API connections to third-party tools for seamless data flow.
