✨ What I Did for L-Pittet
I managed the social media strategy, content creation, and editing for L-Pittet across Instagram and TikTok. My role was to transform a traditional driving school into one of the most engaging brands on Swiss TikTok — developing all content concepts, filming and editing Reels, building monthly content calendars, and delivering performance reporting. The goal: make driver education content that entertains, educates, and goes viral.

L-Pittet is a family-owned driving school founded in 1970 and based in French-speaking Switzerland, with 11 locations across the region. They are the only driving school in Switzerland with their own proprietary mobile app, allowing students to track their progress, book lessons, and review training in real time. With a recent rebrand and a new generation leading the business, L-Pittet positions itself as the modern, tech-forward choice for young drivers — combining 50+ years of expertise with a fully digital experience.

✨ How I Onboarded Them
01. Brand Immersion Deep-dive into L-Pittet's positioning, audience (17–25 year olds getting their license), brand values, and business goals. The priority: build brand awareness among Gen Z in Swiss Romande and position L-Pittet as the coolest, most modern driving school in the region.
02. Content Strategy & Pillars Developed a TikTok-first strategy built around content pillars that resonate with young drivers: relatable driving humor (POVs, student reactions), educational content (exam tips, maneuver tutorials, priority quizzes), behind-the-scenes with instructors, and student success stories.
03. Tone & Creative Direction Defined a content style that feels native to TikTok — fast-paced, authentic, funny, and genuinely useful. No corporate tone. The brand speaks like a friend who happens to be an amazing driving instructor.
04. Monthly Planning & Production Monthly content calendars built around trending formats, seasonal moments (exam season, summer permits, moto season), and evergreen educational content. Each piece is conceptualized, filmed, and edited by me, then delivered for review before going live.

The biggest challenge was making a driving school feel exciting on social media. The solution: creator-style POV content filmed during real lessons, combined with educational formats that TikTok's algorithm loves.
The "La distance de sécurité" Reel hit 1.5M views — making it one of the most-viewed pieces of driving school content in Switzerland. Multiple Reels consistently cross the 100K mark, and the educational quiz format has become a signature series generating high saves and shares.
