Summary

I created an automated application process for a recruitment professionals, which registers applicants in a CRM system and organizes the initial interview automatically. Additionally, I set up a complete CRM workflow and database using Notion.

The customer was managing all applicants in Excel and manually organizing initial interviews by calling applicants. This consumed too much time and made the interview process difficult and inefficient.

I designed an automated process that sends an email to applicants upon registration, with a link to book an interview based on the customer’s availability. All applicants were stored in the adjusted CRM workflow, providing better visibility of applicant stages and generating useful business reports.

• Automates applicant registration, saving all data in the CRM system and sending a confirmation email to the applicant immediately and to the recruiters as well.

• Integrates with Calendly to create available time slots for automated interview booking.

• Customized Notion CRM template based on the client’s needs, including custom views to provide an overall process overview and improve business reporting.
