Introduction

As the Social Media Manager and Content Creator for the Ministry of Trade, I was asked to refresh their social media strategy with a focus on Instagram. The client requested enhanced content that focused on carousels, educational content, and trending shareable content that showcased the product offerings and what sets them apart.

My strategy included:

➡️ Content Revitalization: Implementing a full feed refresh to create a cohesive and aesthetic Instagram presence.
➡️ Educational Content: Creating informative posts and carousels that explain regulations and make it easy for the public to request business permits.
➡️ Trend Engagement: Leveraging current social media trends to produce trending, shareable content that showcases products in a relevant and engaging way.

The refresh included:

✔️Creating a visually appealing grid that reflects the government’s effectiveness in terms of ease of obtaining permits and the information required to apply for business permits.
✔️Created and scheduled educational and engaging Reels that aligned with current trends and audience interests.
✔️Produced high-quality images and graphics that showcased products while providing value through educational insights.
