The Brief

Coaches, service providers, and growing businesses needed someone to take full ownership of their CRM — setting it up properly, keeping it clean, and making sure no lead or client ever slipped through the cracks.

What I Did

Managed end-to-end CRM operations inside GoHighLevel
Built and maintained sales pipelines to track leads at every stage
Set up automations for follow-up sequences, appointment reminders, and client onboarding
Managed contact databases — cleaning, tagging, and segmenting records for accuracy
Created and launched email and SMS follow-up campaigns
Monitored pipeline health and flagged stale leads for re-engagement
Configured workflows to reduce manual tasks and keep the business running on autopilot
Provided regular reporting on pipeline performance and lead activity

The Result
