Brian approached me for help designing and developing a website for Duck Duck Lunch, a subscription-based meal plan service. Duck Duck needed a major revamp. Their previous Square site no longer met their needs. Owner Zen O’Conner wanted a platform that showcased their health-focused products, playful vibe, and events/pop-ups that weren’t getting attention.
Thanks to Brian, Eric, and Keyik at AHXE Labs, we transformed Duck Duck’s old website into something unique and high-performing.
Mobile-responsive Framer website for DuckDuckLunch - SEO-optimized landing page with fast load times and intuitive UX
The Process
Organization is everything when having an efficient project. Thankfully, I was provided with a miniature brand guideline, purpose built for making websites, and overall brand information as well. I was able to jump into LoFi wireframes. Once I delivered those to Eric and Keyik, they were able to make perfectly positioned copy for all the pages.
With the heavy lifting done, I moved to Framer to design and develop the website. Prioritizing the brand guidelines, interactivity, and building with best practices, I was able to build a website that is performative, fun, and loved by the client.
I built LoFi wireframes, handed those to Eric and Keyik to write the copy
Moved to Framer to design and develop the website
Polished, animated, and made the website interative
Finally, I did a full-scale QA to make sure everything was perfectly responsive, performative, and top-tier quality.
The Results
With the help of AHXE Labs, I was able to design and develop a fun and beautiful website. Unfortunately, the client is taking care of personal matters and isn't able to fully launch the site quite yet, so conversion results are still pending. Overall, the client is very happy with the website, and is excited to get it launched when they have the capability.
