I am so pleased I connected with Brook through Contra. I had created a problem with my Substack account making it unusable. Brook listened to the issue, went off line for a few minutes to look at my account, and came back very quickly with the problem resolved. His fee was very reasonable. I appreciated that he understood that I am not very technical and explained things very clearly. I would recommend working with Brook. I hope to do more work with him in the future.
