Project Overview: J2HB & LCODE Digital Ecosystem

The J2HB and LCODE platform is a complete digital transformation ecosystem designed to modernize the Moroccan driving school sector (auto-écoles). Compliant with national road safety (NARSA) standards, the project bridges the gap between administrative management, theoretical e-learning, and live on-road practical training. It serves as both a B2B management hub for driving school owners and a B2C educational portal for students navigating the high-stakes process of obtaining their driver's license.

Core Features & The Student Experience

The platform guides users through every phase of driver education, fully digitizing the traditional, paper-heavy experience:
1. E-Learning & Theoretical Mastery (v3.lcode.ma) Before entering a vehicle, students must pass a strict computerized exam (scoring at least 32 out of 40). The platform provides a highly accurate simulation of the official government testing environment. Students can access thousands of practice questions, take timed mock exams, and review personalized analytics that highlight areas for improvement, drastically reducing test-day anxiety.
2. Immersive Driving Simulation To ensure a safe transition from theory to reality, the ecosystem integrates with full-cabin driving simulators and VR technology. This allows students to learn vehicle mechanics (steering, clutching, shifting) and practice hazard perception in a zero-risk digital environment before handling a real car.

3. "LIVE" Practical Training System (app.lcode.ma) This is the flagship in-car application that transforms standard driving lessons into monitored, data-driven sessions. Using specialized hardware like dual-control pedals and 4G dashcams, the system streams live video from the vehicle. Instructors can remotely monitor the drive and trigger interactive situational quizzes on a dashboard tablet—such as displaying a police speed trap on screen and asking the student how to react in real-time.

4. School Management ERP (lcodepermis.com / j2hb.com) Behind the scenes, a comprehensive administrative backend handles the heavy lifting for driving school owners. The ERP digitizes student files, manages billing and payments, and automatically schedules mandatory driving hours. It also tracks fleet telematics (GPS routing and fuel consumption), ensuring all regulatory requirements are met seamlessly.

Technical Architecture & Technologies Used

The entire ecosystem is powered by a robust, modern technology stack designed for scalability, real-time data streaming, and cross-platform accessibility.
Frontend & User Interfaces: The responsive web portals and administrative dashboards were built using HTML & CSS alongside NextJS and deployed on Vercel for optimal speed and SEO. For the mobile-first instructor and student applications used during live drives, Flutter was utilized to deliver a seamless, native-feeling experience across both iOS and Android.
Backend & API Infrastructure: The complex business logic, user authentication, and real-time data routing are handled by a versatile backend architecture. This incorporates Node.js and PHP, alongside enterprise-grade services built with .NET and C#. Seamless communication between the frontend, backend, and IoT hardware is achieved through well-structured REST APIs.
Database, Cloud & Real-Time Sync: To manage the massive flow of live video streaming, IoT telematics, and structured user data, the infrastructure relies heavily on Google Cloud and Firebase. This ensures high availability, secure storage of student records, and instant, real-time database updates across all connected devices and simulator hardware.
