CONTEXT

Tracy has a successful consulting business, helping to shorten the learning curve for young professionals in leadership positions.



THE PROBLEM

Her business is built primarily on referrals, and she wanted to diversify her lead sources. She kept hearing about how powerful email marketing was, but the more questions she asked the more confused she became about where to begin.

Sadly, this problem is all to common and ultimately prevents people from doing email marketing effectively!



THE SOLUTION

In a 2 hr Strategy session, we dug deep into Tracy's business model, her current sales process, and the customer journey. I developed a strategy for her and gave her clear instructions on:

  • Exactly where to start
  • How to write her emails
  • Order of importance for implementation

Tracy was highly capable and motivated to do the copywriting herself, she just needed the right guidance!

Tracy got to work right away. Within the first month, she was able to launch a lead magnet, welcome sequence, and her first live workshop.

Immediately after promoting her first workshop on LinkedIn, she got 5 new sign ups!
