The project takes Billie Holiday as main inspiration: she was an American jazz and swing music singer known for her vocal delivery and improvisational skills. Her main performances remain among the most sensitive and accomplished vocal performances ever recorded; however, beyond the diva, the story of Billie Holiday was characterized by a series of abusive relationships, substance addictions, and periods of depression.

What happens when the stage lights go out and suddenly you find yourself in the silence of your own home? From the profound and tormented figure of Billie Holiday, the story translates into clothes that dress the singer in the intimacy and longing of her own apartment.
