Over 3 months, I managed Steerus’ Instagram to position them as a trusted, approachable EdTech brand. I created and uploaded almost all posts and stories using Canva, wrote captions, and researched relevant hashtags to reach students, job‑seekers, and educators. Alongside content, I handled DMs, comments, and likes to keep conversations active. By combining educational, value‑driven content with consistent community engagement, I grew their Instagram from around 250 to 2.5K+ followers organically and increased overall engagement, helping their social presence better support their mission and credibility.
