Case Study: Ziplinx – Building Playful, Organic Hype for an Award‑Winning Toy Brand

👉About the project Ziplinx is a US‑based toy brand that turns chain‑reaction builds into high‑energy, screen‑free fun for kids and families. Their products were already winning awards and wowing customers on shelves and online, but their social presence was still underused compared to the excitement of the brand. My mission was to give Ziplinx a consistent, engaging presence on Instagram and TikTok—showcasing the play, the creativity, and the “wow” moments that make their sets so shareable.
Over two months, I set up and managed their Instagram and TikTok accounts from the ground up. I uploaded and scheduled the content provided by the client, shaped feeds that felt playful and branded, and handled day‑to‑day community interactions—DMs, comments, and likes—so every customer and fan felt seen. Through consistent posting and organic engagement, I helped grow both channels with real toy‑loving audiences, turning social into an active extension of the Ziplinx brand rather than a static catalog.

1. What was the main goal of this project? Ziplinx wanted to turn their social channels into a lively, on‑brand extension of their award‑winning toy line—growing real followers and engagement on Instagram and TikTok without relying on paid ads.
2. What exactly did you manage day‑to‑day? I set up and optimized both profiles, uploaded and scheduled the content provided by the client, and handled daily interactions—replying to DMs, engaging in comments, and liking relevant content to keep the community active.
3. How did you approach growth without ads? The focus was on consistency and relevance: posting content that showcased how Ziplinx works in a fun, visual way, pairing it with engaging captions, and actively interacting with the existing audience so the accounts grew organically over time.
4. How does this project connect to your current services? This case study shows how I turn a product with strong offline traction into a more active, community‑driven brand online—exactly the kind of foundation I now build on with CRO, growth audits, and high‑converting websites and landing pages for DTC and e‑commerce brands.
