This project involved the design of a logo and visual identity for Bidarca, a small, family-owned HVAC business. The company's name is a unique word that connects to the family's ties to Alaska and indigenous boat building traditions, while also reflecting the initials of the family members. The logo design reflects this heritage by incorporating a stylized representation of a bidarka (a traditional type of animal-skin kayak used by indigenous people of Alaska), using a color palette inspired by the Alaskan landscape. The goal was to create a logo that is distinctive, memorable, and communicates the company's values of family, heritage, and reliable service and guidance.
