Shiva Group: Full Website Rebuild Across 10+ Automotive Brands by Ansh JamdagniShiva Group: Full Website Rebuild Across 10+ Automotive Brands by Ansh Jamdagni
Rebuilt and continue to manage the digital presence for Shiva Group, a multi-brand automotive dealership group representing Jaguar Land Rover, Mahindra, Triumph, KTM, Bajaj, and MG Select across North India.
The Problem
Shiva Group operates 40+ showrooms and service centers across Delhi NCR spanning six brands, but their digital presence didn't reflect the scale or premium positioning of the group. Model pages were cluttered with irrelevant fields, contact information was inconsistent across brands, and there was no way for a customer to find their nearest outlet by brand or service type.
The Approach
Formeta led a full website overhaul on Framer, restructured around a clear product and content hierarchy:
Rebuilt model pages with standardized, brand-specific fields — removing clutter like irrelevant suspension or engine specs on non-applicable models
Designed and integrated a searchable multi-outlet locator covering 40+ locations, filterable by brand and service type, synced live from a spreadsheet the client's team updates directly
Implemented conversion tracking and an analytics baseline to measure real impact, not assumptions
Ongoing UX, content, and marketplace work across the JLR and Shiva Group sites, run as a structured quarterly engagement
Results
A vehicle priced at ₹2 crore ($1M+) was booked directly through the rebuilt JLR website within the first month of the engagement
Actively working to bring bounce rate down from 85.7% to a 40% target on the JLR site, and 60% to 40% on the Shiva Group site, through structured content, speed, and mobile UX fixes
Delivered a live, self-updating outlet locator spanning six automotive brands — a feature the client's team can maintain without developer involvement
Tools used
Framer, Atlist, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Google Maps Platform
"What stood out with Formeta wasn't just the design — it was how data-driven the whole process was. Every change was backed by actual analytics, not guesswork. Within the first month, we saw a real result: a two crore vehicle booked directly through the website. That's the kind of impact that matters to us."
